 Students in Mrs. Zane's and Mrs. Cannonica's classes are beginning an exciting adventure. They meet once a week to practice yoga and mindfulness. Practicing yoga helps to relieve stress, increase flexibility and gain focus and confidence in the classroom.  Yoga
